Will Nation
Managing Partner, President

Will is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. Will has over 28 years of experience in the management of multi-housing, senior living and commercial construction. Will joined MT Builders in 2005 and became the Managing Member in January of 2020 during which time he has been involved in the completion of over 60 projects with over $2 billion in value. Will is involved with all aspects of project execution with a focus on serving the client’s needs and maintaining long term relationships with our clients and trade partners.

Kris Anson
Partner, Senior Vice President Financial Operations

Kris Anson, a recipient of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Arizona State University, has more than 28 years of accounting experience in the construction industry.  Since joining MT Builders as Controller in 1997, Kris has been very effective in operating MT Builders’ job costing and general accounting systems for all our projects. Kris oversees financial operations for MT Builders Companies.

Jason Hawkins
Vice President of Construction

Jason is a graduate of Northern Arizona University with a master’s degree in Construction Management.  Jason has over 20 years of experience in the management of multi-housing, senior living, and for-sale housing projects.  Jason is highly skilled at scheduling, construction cost control, and contract administration. He works with all our project teams to ensure project goals are met. He has completed approximately $500 million in construction projects since he joined MT Builders in 2006.

Eric Major
General Superintendent

Eric joined MT Builders in 2005 as a Project Superintendent and was promoted to General Construction Superintendent in 2019 after successfully completing several thousand units of apartment and senior living projects. With 35 years of construction experience and a strong background in the framing trade, he brings valuable expertise to the management team. Eric plays a key role in enhancing field operations through his leadership, organization, and technical knowledge. He also oversees the administration of MT Builders’ Quality Control and Safety Programs, ensuring high standards across all projects.

Brian Olson
Preconstruction Manager

Brian is a graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Master of Architecture degree. After a career in architecture for seven years, Brian shifted his focus to real estate development until he joined MT Builders in 2012 as a Project Manager. He is currently responsible for managing the preconstruction process. Brian’s ability to use his design background combined with his construction knowledge benefits our clients by identifying potential project issues early on to prevent unforeseen cost overruns during construction.
