At MT Builders, our pre-construction services provide clients with strategic budgeting and expert guidance on selecting the most effective building systems. From the earliest planning stages, we develop preliminary budgets based on initial designs and specifications, ensuring a clear financial framework from the start.

As the design evolves, we collaborate closely with developers, architects, and consultants to integrate the right materials and systems—balancing functionality with budget considerations. Our proactive approach includes budget updates at key milestones, typically at 50% and 90% design completion, to ensure financial alignment and identify opportunities for value engineering if needed.

To maintain cost accuracy, we continuously gather input from key subcontractors throughout the budgeting process. A comprehensive bid process is conducted upon completion of the first city submittal plans, followed by a final budget upon the second city submittal. This methodical approach ensures a seamless transition from planning to construction, keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
