MT Builders has completed over 20,000 multi-family units totaling nearly $2.6 billion in construction costs. Multi-family projects have included luxury garden apartments, podium apartments, mixed-use buildings, and affordable housing. Most communities offer resort-style amenities with a clubhouse that includes a recreation room, fitness room, theatre, pool, and spa. In addition to conventionally financed projects, MT Builders has extensive experience with HUD financed projects. We have completed over 1100 HUD-financed multi-family units totaling more than $60 million.

Senior Living

More than 1500 Senior Living Units Built, Including Independent Living and Memory Care

MT Builders has built more than 1500 senior living units with total contract costs over $150 million. Senior living communities completed have included independent living, assisted living, and memory care units. Approximately 700 of these units were HUD financed with construction costs totaling more than $60 million including nearly $20 million of affordable senior housing.

Honored to Build Over 225,000 Square Feet of Campuses and Additions for Church and School Projects

MT Builders has been honored to build 225,000 SF of church and school projects with construction costs totaling $30 million. Church and school construction has included complete campuses ranging from 15,000 SF to 70,000 SF as well as numerous additions ranging from 5000 SF to 25,000 SF.

MT Builders has completed 230,000 SF of office and industrial buildings with total construction costs of $20 million. Projects have ranged from 10,000 SF office buildings to an 84,000 SF high tech industrial building including tenant improvements.

From Retail Shops to Grocery Stores, we’ve Constructed Over 550,000 Square Feet of Retail Buildings

MT Builders has constructed 550,000 SF of retail buildings totaling more than $60 million in construction costs. These projects have included several drug stores of 16,000 SF each, multiple retail shops averaging 30,000 SF each, a 55,000 SF grocery store, and multiple tenant improvements.
